There are exceptions to this: A court/judge may subpoena or order the release of information; if a client presents to be a danger to him/herself the therapist will assist to keep client safe; if a client shares their intention to kill someone, or shares their child/elder abuse experience, the therapist is required by law to report this information to the authorities.

What if I miss my appointment? Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge for any session not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures we can continue to provide the best service possible to you and other clients.

If you have other questions - Please contact us with your questions. There is no bad question and we want to be transparent with you. Emails will be answered as quickly as possible and phones will be answered during regular business hours.
