We do accept most insurance, EAPs, Medicare, and Tricare. Dayspring will submit your insurance claim on your behalf. Just one less burden that you will have to deal with. Our team has access to most insurance company provider portals to determine your benefits and what copayment you will be required to pay.

While we cannot guarantee the information we find on those portals we can promise to do our best to give you a correct answer. However please be aware that individual policies vary greatly. Dayspring recommends that you contact your insurance carrier to verify that Dayspring is an approved provider. Credentials of our therapists are as follows: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Certified/Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). 

We accept all forms of payments: cash, check, and all major credit cards. Now accepting American Express. Most HSA and FSA cards can be used to pay for services.

What if I don't have insurance or my policy won't cover your services or I choose to private pay?

Dayspring regularly sees clients who do not have accepted insurance, desire to private pay, or are uninsured. Dayspring will provide a Good Faith Estimate for services on request along with our Fee Schedule. We strive to keep our fees competitive with those of other professional counseling services.

Dayspring Center for Christian Counseling is a non-profit organization that offers behavioral health services to the community. We believe that having a strong social and economic network is crucial for people’s well-being. That’s why we collaborate with selected organizations and local churches that share our values to ensure that individuals who are unable to afford counseling have the support, social - economic - behavioral health, they need to thrive.

By offering these organizations discounted rates they are able to sponsor clients for services at Dayspring while building the client's support network. Any discounted fees are billed to the supporting organization to reduce the burden on the client.

The Compassion Program allows our community partner nonprofits to change lives affected by domestic violence and unplanned pregnancy.

Dayspring continues to support these women by partnering with nonprofits that are rebuilding the lives of these women through job training and transitional housing programs. The goal is for these women to be able to support themselves and their families.

Counseling is a powerful force for change when combined with our partners.
