Dayspring

Center for christian counseling

Do you accept my insurance or my company EAP? We do accept most insurance, EAPs, Medicare, and Tricare. Dayspring will submit your insurance claim on your behalf. Just one less burden that you will have to deal with. Our team has access to most insurance company provider portals to determine your benefits and what copayment you will be required to pay.

While we cannot guarantee the information we find on those portals we can promise to do our best to give you a correct answer. However please be aware that individual policies vary greatly. Dayspring recommends that you contact your insurance carrier to verify that Dayspring is an approved provider. Credentials of our therapists are as follows: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Certified/Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

What forms of payments do you accept? We accept all forms of payments: cash, check, and all major credit cards. Now accepting American Express. Most HSA and FSA cards can be used to pay for services.

What if I don't have insurance or my policy won't cover your services or I choose to private pay?

Dayspring regularly sees clients who do not have accepted insurance, desire to private pay, or are uninsured. Dayspring will provide a Good Faith Estimate for services on request along with our Fee Schedule. We strive to keep our fees competitive with those of other professional counseling services.

Dayspring believes in the power of a strong community support system. We provide discounted services only to members of our community by partnering with every church in North Alabama through our Compassion Program. A church can sponsor an individual, couple or family by calling Dayspring and asking for the Compassion program. All  discounted fees are billed to the supporting church.

As part of the Compassion Program, Dayspring uses its expertise in mental health counseling to proudly support community partner nonprofits that change lives affected by domestic violence and unplanned pregnancy. Then Dayspring follows through by partnering with nonprofits that are rebuilding the lives of these women through job training and transitional housing programs to help these women support themselves and their families. Counseling is a powerful force for change when combined with partners.

To make our 501(c)3 nonprofit sustainable we accept donations to help share the cost of providing those services to our community.
