Our mission is to accompany individuals and families on their path toward emotional well-being. We offer professional support that is personalized in areas such as personal development, spiritual exploration, and relational enhancement.
Dayspring Center for Christian Counseling was founded in 2002 as a nonprofit professional counseling center offering Christian counseling. The founding counselors dreamed of creating a space for Christian counseling to fulfill a need in Northeast Alabama. A counseling office that was affordable, but with Christian values, not driven by profits.
Dayspring had to offer something different: affordability, personalized, responsive, and truly human care. Just as the morning dawn brings the light, therapy at Dayspring would need to offer a space for certainty, hope, possibility, and a brighter future for all their neighbors.
Dayspring continues the tradition of bringing light to our neighbors. We provide exceptional professional counseling services to children, adults, and couples. Just as our founders intended, Dayspring is still affordable today and continues to provide Christian counseling. Dayspring has been blessed to grow from serving our community in the beginning to now serving all of Alabama. Whether you’re seeking to heal, grow, or find clarity, we’re here to walk beside you.
