I'm a compassionate provider with a heart for serving teens and adults who are navigating life transitions, loss, or mental health challenges. Whether you prefer in-person sessions or the convenience of telehealth, I'm here to meet you where you are.
I am primarily available for bookings during the afternoon and evening hours.
My experience includes supporting children and adults through grief and loss, ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, OCD, and other mental health concerns. I am EMDR informed offering services as requested.
