Chelsea Woods, Graduate Intern
Navigating life’s challenges is rarely a journey meant for one. I am dedicated to providing a safe, reassuring environment where you can feel truly heard and valued. My goal is to walk alongside you as a supportive partner, helping you explore your experiences and overcome obstacles with confidence. Together, we will work toward meaningful growth, empowering you to make informed, purposeful decisions for the life you want to lead. It would be my honor to support you in this next chapter.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), and client-centered approaches that help individuals process their emotions and experiences in a safe and reassuring environment.

Professional Background
I am excited to join the team at Dayspring Christian Counseling Center as a Graduate Intern. Originally from Florida, I currently reside in Alabama while completing my clinical training. My transition into counseling is driven by a deep-seated passion for fostering healthy family dynamics and supporting individual well-being.

I bring a strong background in education to my clinical work, having previously served as a teacher and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) coach in Palm Beach County. This experience provided me with invaluable insight into the complex challenges that adolescents and their families face daily, further deepening my commitment to helping others navigate these paths with resilience.
