Families Are In Focus
Families are in focus at Dayspring. We believe that families, whether biological or chosen, are the best support system for its members. Support systems are crucial for good mental health because they help us to feel stable, heard, and loved. When a family is having problems, the members can feel anxious or depressed because the foundation of their life is unstable. Family counseling can help your family with resolving problems and moving forward to a stable future.
Dayspring is a Non-profit 501(c)3

Stress Can Be Controlled
Feeling stressed and overwhelmed? You are not alone, and there are some skills you can learn to help you manage those feelings. We are seeing an increase in stress levels and our counselors are experienced at helping clients with stress and anxiety. Call or email to schedule your counseling session to start feeling relief.
There are many ways you can help support community mental health.
You can pray and also volunteer your time and energy. We have community service projects for groups and individuals. If you or someone you know needs community service hours we will be glad to talk with you.
